The Employee payroll section is designed to assist the payroll management system. The section allows HR to generate the new records in the payroll, view the reports of the payroll and check the advances and the loan management of the employees. The HR can view the payroll records and can add or delete the records in the system.
The section that generates payroll in the employee payroll section allows HR to add a new payroll record in the payroll management system. The system allows calculating the previous records of the payroll as well. The generation of the employee payroll records requires information such as employee name, year, account number, basic salary, gross salary, house rent, conveyance allowance, other allowances etc.
The payroll reports display the results of the payroll management. The HR is authorized to view the results of the payroll. The attributes of the payroll management are month, year, department and the location of the employee.
The Section advances and the loan management is responsible for the loan and advances details of the employees. The HR can add or delete the records in the payroll management system. The system can add more than one advances and loan management records to the system. The advance feature requires the details of the employee such as employee name, amount, duration, effective from, instalment amount and amount to pay.
