The addition of the objectives and KPI’s are not limited, it can vary as per HR requirements. The objectives & KPI’s management sections contain two important attributes such as objective type and objectives and KPI’s settings. The HR can add the objectives and KPIs to the system according to need and requirements. The section objective type in the objectives and KPI’s management allows the user to add types of objectives to the system. The HR can view the old objective types, add or delete the objective types as well. The objective type includes the name of the objective, which is specific in terms of use.

The section objective and KPI’s settings allow HR to view, delete, add, lock or unlock the facility. The management can add as many records to the system as required. The KPI’s addition requires the information of the employee such as employee name, year, quarter, objective type, objective, KPI, weightage and bonus etc. The objectives and the KPI’s Management are the key factors to calculate the performance of the employees.
