Welcome to the HR reports section, this section is designed to facilitate HR to generate the reports for employees against the data saved in the system. The reports generated by the HR reports sections are only viewed by HR. The HR has full access to the creation of the HR reports.
The HR reports contain the reports from the employee profile, employee attendance and employee leave.
The employee profile includes the details of the employee such as employee, starting date, ending date, marital status, designation, employment type and reporting person. The HR can view the report of the employee attendance, the employee attendance includes the attributes such as employee, starting date, ending date and the status of the employment. The access to the employee attendance is for HR only.
The section employee leaves in the HR reports includes the reports such as leave report and the leave performance report. The leave report is the individual report of a specific employee that adds the attributes from the employee name, starting date, ending date, and the type of leave required. The leave performance reports indicate the status of the leave in case of approval or rejection. The HR is responsible to approve or reject the leaves.
